AI automation consultant for growing companies across Europe.
I am Tamas Demeter, founder of DTS Ops & Automation. I help founders and teams replace manual, repetitive work with automation and AI. I map the process and the ROI first, then build on n8n, Make, Notion, and AI APIs, then hand it over so your team owns it. PMP-certified, with 10 years of operations across 17 countries.
Who I help
Small and growing companies with real volume in a manual process and no one inside dedicated to fixing it. Founders drowning in admin. Operations leads stitching together spreadsheets. Agencies and service businesses doing the same handful of tasks by hand every week.
If a process is repetitive, rule-based, and eating hours, it is a candidate for automation. The first call is finding the one worth doing first.
What I do
Four areas
AI agents
Goal-driven workflows that pull context, decide, and act through tool calls, with approval gates on the expensive steps.
AI-powered automation
Document and CV processing, meeting prep, inbound triage, churn recovery. High-volume pipelines with AI inside specific steps.
Operational systems
Notion and ClickUp workspaces, reporting dashboards, SOPs. The layer your business runs on, sized to your team.
AI training & coaching
Workshops and 1-on-1 coaching so your team runs this work without a permanent contractor.
A business operator, not a dev shop
Most automation projects do not fail on the code. They fail because no one translated the business problem into a system worth building. I come from operations: I have run projects across 17 countries and carry a PMP. I use and understand these tools at a working level, and I bring in a developer when the work needs deep custom engineering.
That means you get the process thinking and the ROI case first, and a build that your team can actually own afterward.

Common questions
What does an AI automation consultant do?
I find the repetitive, manual work inside a business and replace it with automation and AI. I start by mapping the process and the ROI, then design and build the workflow, then hand it over so your team owns it. The goal is hours back and fewer errors, not technology for its own sake.
What tools do you build with?
n8n and Make for workflow automation, Notion and ClickUp for operational systems, and the major AI APIs (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini) for the steps that need reasoning or extraction. I pick the stack to fit your business, not the other way around.
Do you work with companies outside Hungary?
Yes. I am based in Hungary and work with founders and teams across Europe, and internationally in English. Most engagements run fully remote.
Are you a developer?
I am a business operator who uses AI and automation tools at a working level. I map processes, design the system, configure the platforms, and run the build with AI assistance. For deep custom software or model engineering, I bring in or work alongside a developer. That honest split is the point: business translation first, engineering where it is genuinely needed.
What size companies do you work with?
Small and growing companies, founders, and lean operations teams. The sweet spot is a business with real volume in a manual process and no one inside dedicated to automating it.
What is the difference between an AI agent and an AI-powered automation?
An AI agent is given a goal and figures out the steps itself through tool calls, with human approval on the expensive decisions. An AI-powered automation is a fixed workflow where AI handles one or two specific decisions inside it. Agents suit open-ended work, automations suit high-volume narrow work. I build both.
How do you price your work?
Pricing depends on the scope. I quote a fixed price after a short call where we define the outcome and the boundaries. No hourly surprises.
How do we start?
Book a call and tell me what is going on. I tell you what I would do about it and what it would take. No obligation.
Have a process worth automating?
Tell me what is going on and I will tell you what I would do about it. No obligation.
