About me
Hi, I am Tamas.
AI and automation consultant based in Europe. Father of twin girls. Former competitive athlete. Builder of systems that let people focus on work that matters.
Where it started
Fifteen years of competitive sport.
Not the weekend hobby kind. The kind where your entire life is structured around hobby kind. The kind where your entire life is structured around training, recovery, and performance.
The biggest lesson from those years had nothing to do with talent. It was this: build the right system and it will carry you further than ability alone. The athletes who won consistently were not always the most gifted. They were the ones with the best process.
That lesson followed me into everything I did next.
The operations years
Ten years across 17 countries.
After sport, I went into operations. Got my PMP certification. Earned a degree in Financial Management from the University of Buckingham. Started running projects.
Over the next 10 years I managed cross-functional teams across 17 countries. Finance, healthcare, government, SaaS. Delivered projects worth over 5 million euros. Worked directly with CEOs and CTOs on how their companies actually run day to day.
The pattern was always the same. A company grows faster than its systems. The founder becomes the bottleneck. Tools get bought and half-configured. The team works hard but the infrastructure underneath is held together by willpower.
I became the person who fixed that.
Then everything changed
Automation and AI changed the game.
I found automation. Then AI. And the work I had spent years doing manually could suddenly run itself.
The meeting prep that took two hours? An n8n workflow handles it in seconds. The status reports nobody wanted to write? Auto-generated from the project management tool. The repetitive data entry that drained the team? Gone.
But the real shift was not the technology. It was what happened when I started teaching it to others.
Watching a founder go from drowning in admin to building their first automation. Watching a team realize they do not need to hire three more people, they need one good system. That was the moment I knew what I wanted to do full time.
What I do now
I teach, coach, and build.
I run workshops and coaching programmes for founders and teams who want to understand AI and automation, not outsource it. I build n8n workflows, Notion systems, and operational infrastructure for companies that need it done right.
And I consult with growing companies on how to stop scaling through headcount and start scaling through systems.
The best system is the one your team understands and owns. That is what I help you build.
The personal stuff
Outside of work.
I live in Budapest with my wife and our twin daughters, Hanna and Bella, born in March 2025. I speak Hungarian and English fluently. Started learning Italian on Duolingo, then the twins arrived and that got paused indefinitely.
I still think like an athlete. Structure, discipline, consistency. But now the competition is with myself: build a better business today than yesterday, be more present with my family, and teach what I know to anyone willing to learn.
Want to work together?
Whether you need a workshop for your team, an automation built, or a conversation about where to start. I am happy to talk.
